Blake shoots his first Short Film this month, playing Lead Role 'Jason' in The Allotment.

A modern day fairytale about a thirteen year old boy, Jason, who is the sole carer for his ill father. While living on a London estate and scrapping through on benefits, Jason finds an enchanting local allotment which becomes his safe-haven filling him with hope and purpose.   

The lush colourful densely grown vegetable plots inspire him to start growing food to feed his father and nurse him back to health. The elderly allotment residents welcome Jason with open arms and the promise of rich harvests and future friendships. But when Jason returns two days late to pay for his plot he quickly finds out why the old men at the allotment have been keenly awaiting his arrival…He is their final ingredient in this year’s harvest feast.
